Fees and payment expectations are clear before therapy begins. We offer direct billing to participating insurers. NIHB direct billing is available for eligible Saskatchewan clients only.

50 minutes · $200. Payment is due on the day of your appointment. You will receive a detailed receipt for your records.
We submit claims to participating insurers when your plan permits. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan.
We direct bill the Non-Insured Health Benefits program for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients receiving services while located in Saskatchewan. NIHB billing is not currently available through Waypoint in Alberta. Your status or N-number is used to confirm eligibility.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, except where circumstances make this unreasonable.
Direct billing options
Electronic claims can be submitted to the insurers and benefit administrators below when your plan covers Registered Social Worker services and permits assignment of benefits.
Coverage, eligible provider types, benefit assignment, and claim results depend on your individual plan. Please confirm your coverage directly with your insurer. NIHB is a separate federal benefit program and is not submitted through TELUS Health eClaims.
Fees, cancellation terms, payment responsibilities, and any third-party billing arrangements are reviewed as part of informed consent before services begin.
